Payment terms.
All payments for products should be conducted through international wire transfer directly to our bank account. The shipment of your order will occur once the payment is confirmed in our account. To address any potential misunderstandings between sales and customers, please reach out to us via phone or email after completing your payment.
Please send us a scanned copy of your bank payment confirmation via email, so we can promptly process and ship your order. You will be accountable for all bank transfer fees, shipping charges, and insurance. Your order will be dispatched as soon as we receive your payment. (Kindly be aware that we do not accept payments via Amex, Mastercard, Visa, or Maestro, except for local orders). Delivery will only occur once the funds have cleared.
